💰 Transparent Payment Terms

Outdoor Projects (Pergolas, Decks, Fences, Kitchens): Require a 60% material deposit before project start; remaining balance due at completion.
Lawn Care: Payment due on the day of service or within 24 hours.
Late Payments: 10% late fee added to unpaid balances after 30 days; we reserve the right to pursue legal enforcement when necessary.

🔒 Licensed, Insured, and Reliable

Handyman Lawns LLC is fully licensed and insured. In the rare case of accidental property damage, our general liability insurance protects both your investment and peace of mind.

🚫 Cancellations & Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. If a cancellation occurs after scheduling, the deposit covers time, materials, and team allocation.
